Return Policy

At Young Again, the health of your pet is very important to us. We guarantee that all of our products are manufactured with the highest quality ingredients and we will make every effort to assist you with the successful transition of your pet to Young Again Pet Foods. Within 30 days, if you don't agree that your pet(s) has never looked or felt better, return the unused portion of food from your initial order for a full refund minus order discounts and shipping charges. Please review return policy details below.

PLEASE DO NOT REFUSE A SHIPMENT. If you refuse the shipment the return shipping costs will be deducted from your total credit back.  Because we do not have in bound discounts for returns the cost for shipping to refuse is much more expensive than shipping it back through another source.

Returning an Item
Pack the item safely and securely for shipping and include the packing slip (retain a copy for your records). Send the package via a traceable and insurable method. All shipping charges must be paid by the customer. COD deliveries will be returned to the customer. ONLY ONE RETURN PER CLIENT WILL BE ALLOWED. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON EXPIRED PRODUCTS.

Return Exceptions
We cannot accept returns on these products: Flavor Enhancer, CarnivoreRAW Mixes and all Supplements, Carnivore Yums for Cats and Ferrets, Carnivore Yums for Dogs and Ferrets & ZERO Tru Carnivore Treats.

  1. Be sure your pet is accustomed to a powder supplement or raw diet prior to placing an order for a CarnivoreRAW PreMix.
  2. Be sure to check expiration dates and check you can use product prior to that expiration/best by date.
    Credit cannot be given on expired product(s).
  3. As all pets have different preferences to flavors/ treats we are not able to accept returns on any of our treats.
  4. OUR RETURN POLICIES DO NOT APPLY TO PURCHASES OUTSIDE OF THE US.
