YA 50/22 is formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO Cat Food Nutrient Profiles for All Life Stages.
50/22 Li'l Bites Premium High Protein Cat Food
Like her larger cousins in the wild, your cat is an obligate carnivore and by definition has no nutritional requirement for carbohydrates/starch or plant proteins in her diet. When a feline doesn't eat her natural diet – meat and fat, she can become overweight and at risk for many diseases that can dramatically shorten her life. Young Again Li'l Bites Premium High Protein Cat Food uses only 100% meat protein with no grains, glutens, plant proteins or cheap fillers that may add unnecessary carbohydrates/starch. Cats love the natural meaty flavor of our food. And Li'l Bites Cat Food contains less than 6% starch and costs about 42 cents a day to feed.
Li'l Bites is meant to be fed to very small kittens.* Li'l Bites should not be fed to flat-faced cats like Persians as it is difficult for them to pick up the small kibble.
*Due to the small kibble size of Li'l Bites, most adult cats will prefer the larger kibble of our other cat foods.

There are two ways to feed Young Again Cat Foods:
At YA, we highly recommend Free-Choice feeding. Please follow the instructions carefully. For additional feeding suggestions and assistance, please read Transitioning your cat.
If you must restrict feed your cat, please use these guidelines:
Average consumption for 24 hours:
8 lb. cat – Level ¼ cup
10 lb. cat – Rounded ¼ cup
12 lb. cat – Level 1/3 cup
15 lb. cat – Rounded 1/3 cup
20-25 lb. cat – Level ½ cup
When calculating food consumption for kittens, use their ‘future’ weight. Typically, 8-10 pounds.
For Maine Coons and other giant breeds add ¼ cup to each of above measures for 12 pounds and up.
PLEASE NOTE: Because Young Again is a nutrient-dense food, your cat will eat MUCH LESS than other cat foods. It does not mean your cat does not like our food.
Kitten loves it. I didn’t realize it was for kittens <11weeks. Tiny bites for sweet tiny mouths.
